Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 30% of the service.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50–100%, automatically debited within 24 hours.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Packages may be paid in full at the time of purchase or in two equal installments.
All required forms are available online and must be completed before your visit to ensure a smooth check-in and the best possible experience.
